Diets

People around the world suffer from allergies. While some allergens are obvious – f.e. fish is usually included in the name of dish; nuts can be omitted in most of recipes; mushrooms can be replaced with eggplants (or vice versa) – the other are not that easy to detect and replace. That’s why I have decided to make following categories:

Vegetarian recipes

Egg free recipes

Gluten free recipes

Lactose free recipes

Egg, gluten & lactose free recipes

All of you know everything about your diets from doctors. So if you find in gluten free category a recipe with wheat flour – it means you can easily replace it with rice or corn flour. If you see in recipe of pirozhki “egg free” tag – it means that eggs can be simply omitted. Milk in “lactose free” recipe can be replaced with coconut milk, and butter – with any flavorless oil. Vegetarians should know that recipe under “vegetarian” tag suits them 100%, just don’t add meat to a soup – it will definitely stay tasty.

As I create my own recipes and cook by myself, I know what, where and how can be replaced. Recipes that you see here, in my cook book, were cooked at least several times prior to be published. Feel free to ask me, if my explanations in recipe were not sufficient.
