Moroccan tomato salad
Traditional salad that is served everywhere in Morocco. It’s very easy to cook. The main trick is to add some grounded cumin. You will need following ingredients:
- 8 medium tomatoes (450 g)
- 1 onion bulb (80 g)
- 0,5-1 tsp of salt (up to your taste)
- 0,5-1 tsp of grounded cumin (up to your taste)
- A pinch of grounded black pepper
Optional ingredients:
- 1 cucumber (100 g)
- 6 leaves of lettuce (25-30 g)
- 0,5 tsp of grounded coriander
- 2 tbsp of any oil up to your taste
Instructions
Cut the vegetables into small cubes, add spices and mix them well. Leave for 5 min.
